As Vice President of Leasing, Philip drives commercial leasing strategies that expand the commercial portfolio and fuel long-term growth. Since 2014, he has been a core pillar of The Graham Companies’ commercial leasing operations, turning market insights into high-value opportunities for Graham Commercial.
Philip’s career in commercial real estate began as a retail leasing agent with RAM Real Estate after earning his undergraduate degree from Clemson University. Driven to master the science behind the deals, he went on to earn a Master’s degree in Real Estate Science from the University of Florida.
Outside of the office, Philip remains actively involved in the commercial real estate community through ICSC and NAIOP. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, and snow skiing.
