Mike Martinez
Vice President of Development
As Vice President of Development, Mike leads development across The Graham Companies’ portfolio – with a focus these days on multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use — from site plan and entitlements through construction completion. As part of the 4th generation leadership team, Mike is proud to be able to support the continued growth and long-term vision of The Graham Companies.
Before The Graham Companies, he was an analyst and asset manager at Pensam Capital, a Miami-based private equity multifamily investment firm.
Mike holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Florida and a master’s in international real estate from Florida International University. He is an active member of the Builders Association of South Florida as well as the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Having played ice hockey when he was younger, Mike can often be found cheering on the Florida Panthers when he isn’t busy navigating his most important role: proud girl dad to two daughters.
