Mr. Martinez joined the Company in October 1999. Prior to joining Graham, he was president and owner of Student Supply Inc. and was an officer at two area banks. Mr. Martinez holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami. He is responsible for the overall direction and development of the Company’s residential rental properties.
