Laura W. Ratliff
Vice President of Graham Commercial
As Vice President of Graham Commercial, Laura oversees and directs the property management, leasing, and construction of new developments for the commercial division of The Graham Companies. The division’s current portfolio comprises over 4.6 million SF of commercial space.
Before returning to South Florida, she was based in the Charlotte area, where she started her career as a public accountant at PwC and then spent time at Lincoln Harris, a regional full-service commercial real estate company.
She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting at the University of Florida. During her time at school, she was an active member of the Chi Omega sorority.
She is honored to be a part of the 4th generation of the Graham Family as she continues implementing the vision of creating the ideal place to live, work, and play.
When not at work, she is busy juggling life as a mom of two young boys. Laura enjoys family outings out on the water or taking in the beauty of the mountains whenever possible.
