Katie Martinez
President of Graham Residential
As President of Graham Residential, Katie oversees all leasing, maintenance, and capital projects across the portfolio, which includes 2,823 residential units. She also helps shape the design and development of The Graham Companies’ new residential communities.
Before joining The Graham Companies, Katie worked in Finance at The Walt Disney Company, supporting merchandise and later the ESPN Wide World of Sports sales team.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. While in North Carolina, she was an active member of Carolina Women in Business and her sorority, Phi Mu. She is a member of SEFAA (Southeast Florida Apartment Association) and FAA (Florida Apartment Association).
Outside the office, she’s an avid traveler, outdoor adventurer, and dedicated local sports fan, always seeking her next scenic trail or home-game victory.
