Jason Reed Struble leads the legal department at The Graham Companies, advising the company and its affiliates across all divisions. He joined in 2021 as Senior Counsel and was promoted to Vice President of Legal in 2026. Jason drafts and negotiates office, retail, and industrial leases, as well as other business agreements. He also advises on property operations, construction, regulatory and environmental compliance, insurance and risk allocation, landlord-tenant disputes, corporate matters, and financing due diligence.
Before joining The Graham Companies, Jason built his career in commercial real estate and in-house legal leadership. He led the legal and leasing departments of a Florida owner of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Before that, he was the first in-house counsel at a private equity–backed dental service organization with more than 60 affiliated practices, where he negotiated the leases behind its growth. Earlier still, he founded the legal department of a venture-backed grocery startup and built a team of attorneys and paralegals to support its store expansion.
A native of Toledo, Ohio, Jason graduated from St. Francis de Sales School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, magna cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University, where he was active in the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He went on to earn an MBA with honors from The University of Toledo, specializing in management and international business. He then moved to Florida and earned his JD cum laude, along with an International Law Certificate, from Florida State University College of Law, where he served as executive editor of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy.
Jason is licensed to practice law in Florida and Colorado and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His articles have appeared in The Practical Lawyer and the Annual Survey of International & Comparative Law.
A South Floridian since 2007, Jason is a husband and proud dad to one son. Off the clock, you’ll find him playing guitar, planning his next trip, trying a new restaurant, or soaking up the sun at one of Florida’s beaches.
