Elizabeth Graham Martinez
Executive Vice President and Vice President of Graham Residential
Beth joined the Company in 1981 after receiving her MBA from the University of Miami. She previously served as President of Graham Residential and today works with her daughter, Kathryn Martinez, guiding the daily operation of the Company’s residential rental properties.
Beth has been involved in multiple organizations throughout her career, primarily focusing on the area of public education. A previous PTA President, former chair of the Town of Miami Lakes Education Advisory Board, and former Board Member of the Council for Educational Change, Beth continues to serve on the school advisory committees of two area public schools.
Industry-related, Beth has served on both boards of the Southeast Florida Apartment Association and Florida Apartment Association, and is still an active member.
