Andrea Graham Rechichi is Vice President of Corporate Relations at The Graham Companies and oversees corporate branding, public and community relations for the company, The Miami Laker (Miami Lakes’ community newspaper), and leads the Architectural Control Committee for the Business Parks and Town Center of Miami Lakes. She joined The Graham Companies in 2012 and is a proud member of the fourth generation working at the company.
Prior to her role at The Graham Companies, she was the Program Director of Honey Shine Inc, a life skill mentoring program for girls between the ages of 8 and 18 in South Florida. Andrea’s role at Honey Shine included overseeing fund development, programming, and community outreach. She spent over five years with Honey Shine, advancing from a program manager role to director and doubling the size of the program.
Andrea is passionate about community and education, leading many corporate community impact projects. She is a past committee member and chair for the Town of Miami Lakes’ Economic Development Committee where she implemented the Best of Miami Lakes campaign for small businesses in Miami Lakes.
Andrea is a proud board member of Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida, helping further their mission of developing young girls to become strong leaders in the South Florida Community.
Andrea earned her master’s degree in Nonprofit Management at The New School for Public Engagement in New York City and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado-Boulder, where she remains an active alumnus (Go Buffs!).
When she isn’t working, she’s navigating life in Miami alongside her husband and two children. With one in middle school and one in elementary, the kids completely run the family social calendar these days!
