Alina Molina
Vice President of Human Resources
Alina Molina joined The Graham Companies in 2021 as Vice President of Human Resources. As head of our HR department, Alina is a key management team member, providing leadership and guidance to our HR operations, guiding our corporate benefits, employee training, and development programs, along with ensuring policies and procedures are in compliance.
Alina’s extensive resume includes executive HR positions at Turnberry Associates and the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. Her experience and accomplishments have set her up to fit in perfectly with the diverse operations of The Graham Companies.
Alina holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She is an active member of the National Society of Human Resources Management and the Hospitality Human Resources Association of Dade County.
Her passions exemplify Alina’s values of community service and women’s health as a longtime supporter of the Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure.
