It’s important to note that most of these initiatives are driven by the employees, a clear reflection of their dedication and our shared mission.

Since 1995, The Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association has hosted an annual tribute to all hotels’ employees, the Inn Key Awards. Celebrating the 28th year of the event, over 950 hospitality, corporate, and government leaders join hoteliers and their management teams to celebrate their hourly hotel employees, who are the “heart” of our tourism industry. Nominees are recognized in categories broken down between hotels that have over/under 200 rooms, ranging from bellmen and housekeepers to culinary and engineering personnel.
