Milagros “Milly” Garcia Chica, CPA
Vice President of Accounting and Treasurer
Milly has recently joined The Graham Companies as Vice President of Accounting and Treasurer. In her role, she manages and directs the accounting operations of the company.
Milly worked at Florida International University for nearly 19 years, serving the institution in various roles throughout that time in accounting and management. Her last position was as Assistant Vice President of the Florida International University Foundation overseeing budgets, investments, accounting, and financial reporting.
Prior to her tenure at FIU, she worked for several years in the private sector as a tax preparer in a local public accounting firm as well as an accounting manager for a closely held family business.
Milly received her Baccalaureate Degree in Accounting and Management from Florida International University. She also holds a Master of Science in Taxation Degree from Florida International University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the FICPA.
Milly is an avid baker who enjoys trying new dessert recipes and spending time with her family.
